The workshop will open with a short lecture on the topic of ‘AI and Artist Intelligence’. The focus will be on how artificial intelligence is changing artistic practice – as a tool and as a source of inspiration. Artist Claudia Larcher will provide insights into her own work, highlighting both the creative potential and the ethical challenges of AI-supported art production.

There will be a special focus on gender issues, inclusivity and diversity in a technological context. The aim of the workshop is to bring feminist perspectives into the development and application of artificial intelligence – with a view to social justice, cultural diversity and ecological responsibility.

Anyone interested in art, technology and social change is welcome to join us and contribute their ideas.
